Tree Services

Tree Felling

We can fell and remove dead or diseased trees, trees that pose a risk to surrounding buildings and people, and trees that require removal to make way for land expansion or building developments.

Crown Reduction, Crown Lifting & Crown Thinning

We can carefully and considerately reduce the crown of your trees. This is often required where the height of a tree may cause it to strike buildings should it fall over in high winds. We can also remove any dead wood that is present in the crown that may cause damage or injury should it fall from the tree.

If the lower branches and canopy of your trees are causing damage to your property or is blocking out the light  we can "lift" the tree canopy by removing carefully selected lower limbs and branches.

Tree Dismantling

Where space is restricted or the site is of a sensitive nature, felling may not be a viable option. We can take a tree down piece-by-piece using industry-standard rigging (rope & pulley) techniques.

Tree Inspection/Survey & Report

All landowners/tree owners have a legal 'Duty of Care' under the Occupiers Liability Act 1957-1984 to maintain their trees in such a state that they do not create an unreasonable risk to people and property. This means carrying out a suitable and appropriate risk assessment on any trees in their care. An arboricultural tree survey will check for disease, decay and structural integrity deficiencies. The subsequent report will detail any recommendations for tree management works to support a risk management plan.

Storm Damage and Emergency Tree Rectification

Should the worst happen and your trees get blown over or suffer extensive damage, we can make the area safe and deal with clearing the trees.
